Zucchini And Mushroom Sauce Shawns

1 Servings

1/2 Lb meat, Ground
2 Small Onions
4 Mushroom small, Sliced
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
2 Zucchini (Spirilized)
1/4 Cup Cream
Salt, pepper, oregano, red
Pepper flakes, all to taste
1 Egg
2 Tbl Marscopone (wop cream cheese)

In your cast iron skillet, get the onion, and mushroom softened and
add a bit of garlic when it's almost done. Set aside in a bowl.

Mix everything else together making small meatballs.

Fry the meatballs a bit on each side to get them browned.

Place skillet in 350c oven for around 20 mins until they are cooked.
Remove from oven and add in the mushroom and onion you cooked earlier.
Stir in, add can of soup, add a bit of water, and a bit of cream.
Add in your "pasta made from zucchini" and simmer on stove top for
about 10-15 mins.

Serve and enjoy.
